You can list your property for free and you only pay a commission of 10% when you have received a booking and a deposit has been paid to you. This website relies on the honesty if its advertisers.

Spanish Country Holidays is a new website specialising solely in the promotion of rental accommodation and activities in the beautiful country of Spain.

We intend to market your property in a number different ways such as paper advertising and high search engine positioning. We are aiming the website at holidaymakers rather than advertisers to produce more enquiries.

WHY USE SPANISH COUNTRY HOLIDAYS

1. Cost - It is free to list your property and you only pay a small commission when you have received a booking and the deposit has been paid. This way we are only getting paid for results.

2. We specialise in an country that we know and live in and are passionate about, unlike other huge companies who have never even visited the countries they market. This will without doubt help us to promote the different areas and obtain enquiries. For each property we market, the holidaymaker will be able to access local area information about the facilities in the nearest town or village and reasons to visit. We will provide this information where possible as part of our service.

3. The most importand thing is that you have a chance to be pro-active, and the more pro-active you are the more enquiries this should result in. If you provide relevant articles for the website about the area, local activities, activities that you provide or local area information. Then we will add them to the website and they will contain a link back to your own rental property details therefore increasing the number of hits to your listing. These articles need to be unique and cannot be copied from other websites and we reserve the right to exclude innappropriate content. Some articles will also be posted on other websites and will contain a link back to your listing.

4. There is a kids section, so you can ask children that visit your rental property to write articles or draw pictures for this section to help create interest for other families, making the site more interactive and family friendly and for a bit of fun.

5. The amount of information you are able to add is almost unlimited. There are three sections on your listing to which you can add information. These include owners thoughts which can be about the property or area or why you think it is the ideal holiday destination for renters. If you want a 'tick' feature added just let us know and we will gladly do so. You can add up to 20 photographs when many other sites allow just four then charge extra per photo. We like to think of our listings as 'mini websites'. In the near future you will also be able to add video footage of your property to your listing and we will let you know when this is available.

6. You can list as many properties as you wish and if you don't have time then just send us your website details and for a small administration charge of only 15 euros per property we will add your property to our website for you.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Complete the application form at the bottom of this page and submit.
2. We will send you your password and a link to your rental page Control Panel .
3. Take your digital photographs and adjust so you have a maximum width or height to 600 pixels and image resolution of 72 pixels per inch.
4. Upload your pictures, descriptions etc. Your property will then be displayed on our listings. Please check that everything is correct.
5. When we receive enquiries for your property we will forward them to you with the contact details.
6. We will then write to you and the enquirer within 30 days of the initial enquiry to see if it resulted in a booking . We operate an honesty policy so if the booking is made after the 30 days we expect you to let us know.
7. Once the booking and deposit have been confirmed we will send you a payment request.

1. Make sure your email address is correct otherwise we cannot reply to you.
2. The Region, Province etc are that of the property you want to rent which may not be that of your residence.
3. Your password must be 8 or more characters.
4. Carefully note your password and keep in a safe place.

Normally within fifteen minutes we will send you an email asking you to confirm your application. If you do not receive this then you have probably entered an incorrect email address.
