Photography in Andalucia

The region of Andalucia is the ideal holiday destination for photographers whether amateur or professional.    The quality of the light throughout the region, due to the low levels of light and air pollution, particularly inland, is unrivalled in Europe and helps produce stunning photographs.

There are many workshops throughout the region offering day long to week long tutorials for all different styles and standards of photographer and the region has such contrasting scenery, from the lush green valleys or snow of the Sierra Nevadas to the vast deserts of Almeria, that this region has it all.

There are many wonderful subjects to photograph in Andalucia, the Spanish traditions such as bull-fighting and flamenco, the colourful costumes and processions at the fiestas, the snowy mountains or sandy beaches, the quaint white-washed villages, wide spectrum of birds and wildlife, the ever-changing seasons that bring with them the very noticeable changes in floral and plant life.
